"I only wish there was a higher rating than the 5's!! Initially, I only went to your "tent sale" to see what was available. Chip Goforth introduced himself and spent many minutes going over each bike that I had even the slightest interest in. There was a blue Electra Glide that caugth my eye and I was smitten. I snapped a picture on my cell and sent it to my wife and she said buy it if that's the one you want. Chip then spent several more minutes going over the bike with me as he showed me all the bells and whistles on this beauty. My wife and I returned the next day and did all the paper work necessary and I took the test ride. When I told Chip of some concerns I had he explained several options that could help me. I rode the bike home the next day and haven't regretted my decision one little bit. After all the paperwork was accomplished Chip escorted me personally and introduced me to the service, parts, and clothing people. What an awesome experience my day was. I can't wait to get my next Harley from Bumpus of Jackson. Since the purchase I have called and emailed Chip and Landon several times and they treat me with all the respect I could ever ask for. "I have never been in a HD dealer ship and felt like the people really wanted me to be there. Most could give a XXXX if you existed. The people at Jackson Bumpus HD understands that every person that walks through the door is a potential customer and they want to do what ever it takes to make your shopping adventure or purchase as easy and pleasurable as possible. Everyone seems so knowledgeable about the products and services. If they do not have an answer to your question, they will not BS you so you will buy something anyway. They will go out of their way to get an answer for you. Chip Goforth is a remarkable person. He worked tirelessly to get my business on the 2012 Limited. He went way beyond any of my expectation. Usually when you make a purchase of over $20K, there is always some "Got ya" thinks that you do not expect...an extra fee or something extra you learn about just before you sign the papers. I was really surprised how smooth and easy the purchase all went. Nothing unexpected, all as smooth as silk. No second thoughts after you leave the dealership either. I want to personal thank Chip again for that. The service guys did a great job preparing the bike by installing the chrome fork legs on such short notice. The parts guys did a great job of having the extra parts I wanted to add to the purchase. Michelle did a wonderful job getting all my paper work ready in advance and explaining everything as we were closing. Motor clothes ladies did a wonderful job helping my wife with a new helmet and a pair of boots a couple of weeks before. and swapping that helpment when we went back to purchase. No other dealers we have ever been in assisted us near that much even before we purchased a bike from you. That was a big deciding factor of where we were gonna purchase our first Harley. With Chip's help...it was all possible.

"This letter is to Doug Neal. I had a flat front about two weeks ago going to Alabama. Had enough air to get to your dealership. I encountered Doug at the service desk and told him of my situation, he told me that there appointments ahead of me. I told him that was fine. So my wife and settled down in the customer waiting area, about 45 minutes later they told me my bike was ready! I definitly didn't expect that quick of service. "I was on a trip from my home to Memphis and beyond.I stopped in to pick up a shirt as many of us do when travelling.I was at the dealer before it opened on a Saturday morning(Labor Day weekend 2009) and a gentleman let me know that although the store hadn't opened ,I was welcome to go in and the coffee was on.He said I just had that look.He was right.I got coffee and a few shirts.Both worth the trip.

"I HAVE RECENTLY TRADED AN 06 ULTRA CLASSIC THAT I HAD RIDDEN FOR OVER 40,000 MILES.
